In Dubai will construct buoyant country houses.

The fantastic housing estate includes 42 drifting underwater country houses.

Each country house has three floors two of which are above water level and one — under water.
 

The upper floor — a recreation area where will be located an open shower, a minibar, the mini-kitchen and a trough jacuzzi made of the transparent glass.
 

The central floor which is at sea level — inhabited space, a place for the equipped kitchen and a lunch zone
 

Sleeping and bathing rooms will be located in a water subsoil, on the third floor.
 

"Underwater" location will have the transparent panoramic windows so inhabitants of country houses will be able to receive something like a personal oceanarium.
 

The first floating country houses can be seen at the end of 2016.
